Annual Park Day will be observed locally on Saturday, April 10, 2021.  This is an opportunity to put on your work gloves and help your local parks with spring cleanup. You can also bring your own tools.  Here are some of the sites where you can get involved:

• Historic Lone Jack and the Battle of Lexington State Historic Site
  Location is 301 S. Bynum Road, Lone Jack, MO.
  Registration will begin at 8 am and work will go until about 1 pm.  Prepackaged snacks and water will be available.
  
  
• Battle of Lexington State Historic Park
  Location is 1101 Delaware, Lexington, MO.
  Work will go from 10 am to 2 pm.  One project will involve some fence repair.
