    • Missouri Civil War Museum at Jefferson Barracks (tour of the musuem and driving tour of the buildings still standing)
    • Ulysses S. Grant Symposium (underwritten by Missouri Humanities Council)
      • Book signing by James W. Ewin (Guerrillas in Civil War Missouri) and Greggory Wolk (Friend and Foe Alike: A Tour Guide to Missouri's Civil War)
      • Soldiers Memorial Military Museum
      • "Divided Loyalties" exhibit from the Missouri State Archives
    • Keynote Lecture:  Dr. Ronald C. White, Jr. at St. Louis Central Library
    • Campbell House Museum (reception)
    • Father Dickson Cemetery, Crestwood, MO (guided tour)
    • White Haven, the Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site (self-guided tour and roundtable discussion moderated by local scholars and Dr. Ronald C. White, Jr.)
    • As time and interest permits, other St. Louis Civil War sites such as Bellefontaine Cemetery and Calvary Catholic Cemetery (William T. Sherman), the Camp Jackson Incident, the Gratiot Street Prison, the location of the Dred Scott decision
